On December 20, 2021, two group standard review meetings of the China Cement Association, including the "Technical Guidelines for Online Oil Monitoring in the Cement Industry", were successfully held in Changsha, Hunan. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Qinghua, Secretary General of the Standards and Quality Professional Committee of the China Cement Association, and Wu Zude, Deputy General Manager of China Gezhouba Group Cement Co., Ltd., served as the leader of the review team. Wang Yutao, Secretary General of the China Cement Association, as well as representatives from national cement and lubricant production, scientific research and design, quality inspection, lubrication services, and standard drafting and participating units, totaling more than 14 people, participated in the review meeting.
At the review meeting, the expert group heard reports from the standard drafting working group on the work status, principles and main contents of standard preparation, main problems solved by the standard, summary and handling of solicited opinions, and analysis of main experimental situations. The two group standards were reviewed one by one. After inquiry and discussion, the review expert group unanimously agreed that the standard review materials submitted by the standard drafting working group were complete, the research was comprehensive, the indicator development basis was sufficient, the data was reliable, and the standard text was standardized. The two standards were successfully approved for review. The standard review team requires each standard preparation team to strictly follow the modification opinions proposed by the review experts, modify the relevant content of the standard, supplement and improve relevant materials, and form a standard approval draft as soon as possible. After approval by the China Cement Association, it will be released and implemented.
These two standards further enrich the lubrication management technology standard system of cement enterprises and fill the gap in online monitoring standards in the industry.
Lubrication management is an important link in enterprise equipment management, which not only affects the economic benefits and production costs of cement enterprises, but also relates to the safe operation of equipment. The formulation of these two industry group standards will provide normative guidance documents for equipment lubrication management in cement enterprises, help to improve the lubrication management level of China's cement enterprises, and have a positive role in ensuring the safe operation of equipment, reducing production costs, and improving economic benefits.
