When the adsorbed magnetic wear particles reach a saturation state (100%), the adsorbed particles are released, thereby achieving the self-cleaning function of the probe and automatically entering the next detection cycle. Users can easily immerse sensors into lubrication and hydraulic systems through standard threaded interfaces, and grasp the equipment wear status based on the wear particle saturation (MDS) and self-cleaning interval (TLAG) output by the sensors.
