In the daily inspection process of power plant boilers, there are several inspection needs: various types of boiler headers, internal and external pipelines of the boiler, central holes of the turbine shaft, internal parts of the turbine, internal parts of other container cavities, and internal parts of other pipelines. The maintenance and repair of boiler equipment is an important link in ensuring the safety and economic operation of boiler equipment, and improving the availability of boiler equipment. It is essential for every maintenance personnel to attach importance to maintenance work. Below is an introduction to the process of using a micro industrial endoscope to detect power plant boiler pipelines:
Maintenance process of water-cooled wall
1. Water cooled wall cleaning: Clean the dust and coke residue on the outer wall of the pipe;
2. Check the water-cooled wall pipe near the burner and use an industrial pipeline endoscope to detect internal corrosion;
3. Replace and repair worn, enlarged, deformed, or damaged pipe sections;
4. Eliminate defects during operation.
Overheater maintenance process
1. Cleaning of heating surface and horizontal flue;
2. Check for wear, overheating, swelling, and creep;
3. Check, repair, and replace pipe clamps, comb plates, and anti-wear devices;
4. Use an industrial pipeline endoscope to inspect the internal welds of the pipes and take photos and videos;
5. Cut the pipe to check the internal condition of the pipe;
6. Replace individual defective pipes that exceed the standard.
Reheater maintenance process
1. Clean the dust accumulation on the outer wall of the pipe;
2. Check the wear, expansion, and bending deformation of the pipes;
3. Clean or repair the header support;
4. Open the handhole of the header, use an industrial pipeline endoscope to check for corrosion, scaling, and foreign objects, and clean the inside according to the content of the photo.
